What Does This App Do?
Forms for Google Docs enables users to:

How the App Works
After signing in with a Google account, users can:
- Access and manage their own Google Forms and related files
- Link forms to spreadsheets for response handling and automation
- Enable user-configured triggers to automate specific tasks
- Send email notifications initiated by user-defined actions
All actions performed by the application are explicitly configured or initiated by the user. The app does not perform any automated actions without user authorization or configuration.
Why We Request Google API Access
Forms for Google Docs requests access to Google APIs only to provide its core features, as described below:

Used to create, edit, and delete form-related files owned by the user, including Google Forms and associated documents.

Google Sheets API (…/auth/spreadsheets)
Used to link Google Forms with Google Sheets and to edit spreadsheet content related to form responses and automation workflows.

Google Forms API (…/auth/forms.body)
Used to view and edit form structure and details, such as questions and settings, based on user actions.

Google Apps Script – External Requests (…/auth/script.external_request)
Used to allow user-configured scripts to make external network requests as part of form-related automation (for example, integrating with third-party services explicitly chosen by the user).

Google Apps Script – Script Management (…/auth/script.scriptapp)
Used to create and manage form-related triggers and automation logic defined by the user.

Google Apps Script – Send Email (…/auth/script.send_mail)
Used to send email notifications related to form events or automation workflows configured by the user.
The app requests only the minimum scopes required to deliver these features.
Data Usage and Privacy
- The app only accesses data that the user has explicitly authorized
- All data access is limited to the user's own Google Workspace resources
- User data is processed solely to provide the app's documented functionality
- No data is used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes
- No user data is sold or shared with third parties
